The hardest challenges rarely sit neatly inside one organisation.

CirPact works across organisations, sectors and systems, turning complexity into clearer strategy, stronger relationships and practical action.

Strategy Partnerships Social Value Governance
The space between

Different sectors see the same problem differently.

Business priorities. Social purpose. Public value. Community knowledge. Governance. Evidence. Resources.

Few important problems belong to only one of them. Progress usually depends on working across several at once.

That space between them is where CirPact works.

What we do

Four areas of work, one underlying capability: moving a difficult question towards action.

01

Strategy & Direction

For questions that do not have an obvious answer.

Strategic review, organisational direction, decision support, independent challenge and perspective.

02

Partnerships & Systems

For work that crosses organisational and sector lines.

Partnership strategy, cross-sector initiatives, stakeholder alignment, the governance of collaboration, facilitation.

03

Social Value & Impact

For connecting purpose, value and evidence.

Social value strategy, impact and evaluation thinking, stakeholder value, and practical approaches to defining, assessing and learning from value and impact.

04

Governance & Organisational Practice

For boards and leaders who need stronger structures around decision-making.

Governance review, board development, facilitated strategic reflection, organisational learning.

Running underneath all four: research, insight and learning. Evidence and teaching sharpen the work rather than sitting to one side of it.

Who we work with

Different organisations. Different realities.

CirPact works across sectors because the challenges organisations face do too.

02Social enterprise
03Charity & nonprofit
04Public & civic
